Ken Fortier, President of Quantum Leap Communications,
offers 22 years of telecom knowledge to his clients. His extensive experience includes leadership roles in corporate and academic
telecommunication management. At Donnelly Corporation, Ken led successful projects across the United States and in Ireland,
Mexico, Germany and Spain. His academic service includes providing reliable telecom support to the entire campus of Grand
Rapids Community College and his entrepreneurial experience helps him understand the needs of small business owners. Ken is
proud of his team’s ability to solve complex telecom problems and passionate about delivering remarkable service to
their clients.

to the Fortier family. He brings over 15 years of electrical and low voltage installation experience to the company.
He has received awards for certifications in his field and has been an excellent asset to the organization. Rick excels
in customer service and plans on getting his Masters electrician certification by the end of the year.

Carrier services division. He brings over 15 years of telecommunications experience most of which has been
spent designing and engineering voice and data networks as well as helping clients save thousands of dollars on their voice
and data expenses. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University and has lived and worked in West Michigan his entire life.
Mike strives to create a positive experience when dealing with the various Telco carriers and to help deliver the best value
at the lowest risk.
